How To Use Voice Email Software

Voice Email gives you the capability of sending recorded messages by speaking through a microphone, using your computer or mobile phone, and sending it the way you would normally send an email. On one hand, the recipient saves a lot of time listening to your message and can understand exactly what you are trying to say, which only comes from hearing your voice. For another, you also save a lot of time yourself by simply speaking on the microphone and verbalizing your message exactly how you want to send it across.

With the use of Voice Email, you are able to reply to any message you receive by simply pressing on a button, which means you need not return any calls. You can also easily gain access to your mailbox wherever you are at any given time. When it comes to your business, you are able to quickly send your messages, compared to having to type out these messages or even call up the person you need to send them to. Of course, through voice email, you can send more personal messages since they will hear your voice instead of reading something that you wrote. Setting it up is just as easy. Here’s how to do it.

* Download your Voice Email software. The first step to take would be to locate a Voice Email software or Vemail online. A simple search on Google should provide you with the website to download it from. Once you have selected your Vemail software, simply download it into your system following the instructions for installation. After installing, you can start to run your Vemail software. Proceed to the menu options and look for the text box where you will need to type in your email address.

* Record and send your voice messages. To be able to record a message, press the F6 key or the Vemail button and press it down. After you have finished recording, you simply need to send your voice email to your recipients. Sent messages are saved on the white text box on the menu options. To send messages, go to the text box and click on the arrow by the box to choose the specific email address you will be sending your message to. You also have the option of sending out this message to several email addresses should you wish to do so.
* Retrieve your messages through Voice mail. To be able to gain access to your personal Voice mail, click on *VM and follow it up with “Send.” You will be given instructions to enter your own password and also to retrieve messages sent to you. As soon as you hear your own greeting after the *VM and “Send” process, click on the pound key and listen to the prompts telling you to enter your password in order to get your messages.

With the use of the Voice Email software, you can now save a lot of time, be more personalized, and avoid the risk of being misunderstood, which isn’t a rare occurrence when sending written messages.
